SCIRE SOLUTIONS SRL will process the personal data of users contained in the resumes sent voluntarily by the data subjects or as a result of a recruiting campaign promoted by the Data Controller, to manage the selection of new personnel and to evaluate the candidates.
The data will be processed for the period strictly necessary to pursue the stated purpose and will be stored for a period of 2 years from the receipt of the CV. The legal basis that legitimizes this processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures, according to Article 111-bis of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, as updated by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018, and within the limits of Article 6(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, whereby the consent of the data subject is not required. Providing data for this purpose is optional.
However, the failure to provide, partial provision, or inaccurate provision of data may result in the Data Controller being unable to receive the application and assess its suitability for the desired job profile.
